Please be fully ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time. This includes having your luggage prepared, completing your hotel check-out, and having all personal belongings ready.

Simply provide your name to the driver, and they will verify it on the passenger list before allowing you to board. You do not need to present a booking confirmation.

In San Marcos La Laguna (Return Departures): The meeting point for all return shuttles is located at the Basketball Court (Cancha de Basquetball) in San Marcos La Laguna.

Please arrive exactly 10 minutes before your scheduled return time. Be completely ready to board immediately when the shuttle arrives. Simply provide your full name to the driver, and they will verify you on the passenger list before boarding. Have all your belongings packed and ready to load.

If your final destination is Guatemala City Airport or hotels near the airport, you can reserve a bus connection during checkout for $15 USD per person.
