Private Acatenango 4x4 Overnight Tour from Antigua Guatemala

Your own private 4×4 up Acatenango Volcano. The driver picks your group up at your hotel in the historic center of Antigua Guatemala at 8:00 AM (Monday to Thursday) and drives you up a private farm road to about 3,400 meters. From the parking area you walk around 40 minutes to base camp.
At base camp your group gets a private cabin, with mattresses and sleeping bags already in place, and front-row views of Fuego Volcano erupting in the evening (when the volcano is active). Lunch, dinner, breakfast and hot drinks are included.
On day 2 you start the sunrise hike to the summit of Acatenango at 4:00 AM, ride the 4×4 back down to the farm for breakfast and are dropped off at your hotel in Antigua at around 9:30 AM.
Price per group: US$1,200 covers 1 to 4 travelers. Traveling with 5 or 6 people? Add the 5th and 6th traveler at checkout as the Extra traveler add-on (US$300 each). Groups of 7 or more need a second vehicle; contact us on WhatsApp.
Payment: US$200 deposit to book, then two payments of US$500, charged 14 and 3 days before the tour.
The 4×4 vehicles, cabins and gear are run by local operators with authorized access to the farm.
